Our evaluation system assesses classes on six fundamental criteria, contributing to a total of 100 marks. This holistic approach ensures recognition of every aspect of classroom excellence, from personal presentation to attendance, from maintaining learning resources to discipline.
Classes are evaluated regularly, providing ongoing opportunities for students to demonstrate their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Evaluation Criteria
- 👔 Dress (25 Marks)
- Proper uniform adherence, neatness, and presentation. Students must wear complete, clean uniforms with appropriate shoes, socks, and accessories as per school guidelines.
- ✨ Neatness (15 Marks)
- Personal grooming and hygiene standards. Includes hair grooming, cleanliness, trimmed nails, and overall tidiness.
- 📚 Books & Diaries (15 Marks)
- Complete set of required textbooks, notebooks, and diary maintenance. Proper labeling, condition of books, and organized record‑keeping are essential.
- 📋 Class Information Board (15 Marks)
- Regular updates, creative displays, and relevant information posting. The board should reflect current schedules, achievements, and important announcements.
- 🎯 Discipline (15 Marks)
- Classroom behavior, respect for teachers and peers, punctuality, and adherence to school rules. Creating a positive learning environment for all.
- 📅 Attendance (20 Marks)
